1. Nature of the procedures
Dr Nicolas Geghre performs plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery procedures, as well as aesthetic medicine procedures. These procedures are subject to a best-efforts obligation, not an obligation of result, in accordance with French medical case law.
2. Consultation and quotation
The initial consultation is charged at €80. It is not reimbursed by French social security for purely aesthetic procedures. A detailed quotation is systematically provided at the end of this consultation.
3. Cooling-off period
A legal cooling-off period of 15 days must be observed between the provision of the quotation and any surgical procedure.
4. Appointment cancellation
Any appointment not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance may be charged.
